    THat sucks I have to tell you being on the new system is so much better there are many more features.

    I think the major problem is that all new customers are still starting in the old P2K system. Why don't new customers start in the Ensemble system? Then at least the conversion process would eventually end ;-)

    Really? I thought they were doing all new subs in ensemble. You're right, it is pretty dumb to start all new subs on the old system.

    Well I re uped a week ago and I was put on ensemble. If anyone wants screen shots of the new system please let me know.

    I hope they are putting new subscribes on Ensemble now, but I'm on the old system and I just joined Sprint on June 29, 2007.

    Someone in that thread on the Sprint forums said that they have about 14 million customers converted to Ensemble and are working at a rate of about 2 million per month, so they must have started more than four months ago. In other words, I think Ensemble existed for far more than 120 days. ;-)

    i read that too and it just doesnt seem accurate when reps have been saying that it should be finished by the end of the year

    yeah my mom is on ENSEMBLE.......and there is something of an ESN changer but im not sure if it reall does change your ESN does it???

    No, they just put it there so it looked pretty. It provides no functionality and they are advertising a service that is just a mock up.;)

    Yes, It provides the user the ability to change their own ESN.
