Splash screen help please.

    I have a MOTORAZR V3m from Alltel and I can use Motorola Phone Tools but I am not able to use the MotoKit v1.06 or the P2kCommander. Can anyone help me?

    I want to change the splash screen and the sound when I turn on the phone.

    I also want to change the screen and the sound when I turn off the phone.
