Sony's "WhiteMagic" Display

    ...just as Nokia was making headline for their "ClearBlack" technology used to reduce glare on their screen, it looks like Sony has quietly slipped out some "WhiteMagic" that also betters readability in sunlight. While "ClearBlack" seems to be some properties built into the glass ("passive" parts), "WhiteMagic" has more to do with the electrical parts ("active" parts).

    ...I wonder what a ClearBlack screen with WhiteMagic running behind it look like? :browani: In any case, glad to see development on all fronts (Nokia, Sony, etc.) regarding readability in sunlight are going on. Surely it will spread out to other phones int he coming years.
