I purchased the phone about 3 months ago, would I be eligible for a phone waiver, or would I have to pay retail price for a phone as good as the w600?

once cdma goes live everywhere, you would get a voucher for a phone of equal value. If you choose not to get the phone pre-selected for you, you can pay the difference
