    I just made the mistake of rescanning this thread...

    I used to have Blue Oyster Cult I'm Burnin' for You as my cell phone ring and people would be whisteling it for like an hour after my phone rang!

    You ever seen the SNL take on them? Somehow we decided at my church to use that as a walk in video. Its hillarious, and gets peoples attention.

    The MORE COWBELL skit? I LOVE that. It's gotten really popular again for some reason, lots of mainstream people using the phrase.

    For everyone else, the skit is a vintage SNL skit with Will Ferrell, Jimmy Fallon and some others and Blue Oyster Cult recording Don't Fear the Reaper in a studio. Christopher Walken is their manager and a cowbell is involved. Hilarity ensues.

    It could have easily been an AWFUL skit, I don't know why it's so good, but I love it!
