Nicky, No, each provider has their own features for the phones, so all of the software versions are different. You'll especially notice a difference in your software version compared to mine because yours uses a different technology completely to work on your network (ie mine is CDMA, yours is GSM I believe). Verizon T720's have had a lot of issues because they were supposedly rushed into production in order for Verizon to be able to compete with other providers in the color phone market, where Cingular, AT&T, and T-Mobile T720's have reportedly been a lot more stable. You should visit your local Cingular service center (not a kiosk) and ask them if there is a firmware (software) upgrade for your T720, or do a more extensive search on this forum. I hope this helps!
