Skype has rolled out its new video messaging service, originally introduced as a beta back in February, to all users. Previously, Skype users could only use 20 messages per month without subscribing to the more expensive Skype Premium plan. Now, all users can send unlimited free video messages. Worth mentioning is that the service is available for Windows, BB & Android platforms as well. In fact, the only notable exception is Windows Phone. From the horse's mouth:
Thanks dmapr, I should have research that a bit more. I did assume it meant many platforms. Windows 8 is listed along with Windows desktop. What does that mean? XP and older systems than 8?
That's why I went to the Skype site to see whether that meant XP/Windows 7, but didn't find anything other than that list.
