    IT DOESNT EVEN HAVE EDGE!!!!??!???????!?????????

WOW!!! They are almost worse than Moto.............going and making things that look the same with different feaures or different aims such as media or business...........thats ridiculous...........you would think the Sidekick would at least have been engineered to the frequencies that T-Mobile is permitted to use for UMTS...........UGH!!!!!!!!!

EDGE is specifically not included to keep the price down (amongst other features). The SK is usually a lot more than $99. This is a cheaper version of the current SK3 - it's not a 4th edition.

I was under the impression that the SK3 eliminated most if not all of the bugs that the SK2 had. Most times by the time a newer cell phone comes out, the SW is updated to correct any problems that the past models may have had.

Ur right, it all comes down to money. With Prepaid the sidekick unlimited data features cost $1.00 a day. For Contract it's like a $20.00 add-on

According to Mobiledia the SK iD will be released on April 25th, for $99.00 on a 2ry agreement and - $50 MIR.

At a lowered retail price of $99 I'd say they did it to make it more affordable.
The SK iD isn't going to have a camera, but will have changeable colors.
