Which cell carrier works best in the Shawnee, KS area?

Everyone I know that lives in that area has Sprint. However, I've heard T-Mobile is very good in KC.

I have alltel, so I'm roaming when I go to KC, but when I'm visiting there I've never had issues with Sprint or Verizon

Sprint, T-Mobile, Verizon, Cingular all work in Shawnee, KS.

Alltel will work there but does not have native service in Shawnee, so you would be roaming on Verizon's network. If you have an Alltel National Freedom or Total Freedom plan, you will not be charged roaming or LD to use your phone on Verizon's network in the Kansas City area (which includes Shawnee.)
