I forget exactly what package we're supposed to be on (I'd have to double check our bill), but when the speed dips below 10mbps I will have problems watching Netflix movies in HD. I think we're supposed to have downloads of 25-30 mbps, with short term "powerboosts" over 40. Last time they came they blamed our modem (Which we rent for $5/mo) so I made them replace it. They also blamed our wireless router, but said if we called 1800comcast we could get a free "approved" wireless router for $10 shipping. We got the router, and the modem now, but I still don't think we get the speed we're supposed to, but at least I can watch my Netflix I may rattle their cage in another month or 2. You gotta keep them on their toes!
Why is it that my connection seems to be terrible over the past week, but when I test the speed it tests OK? WA Member's Speedwave is here: http://speedtest.net/wave/1a0a9feca01054ad
