ANyone have any idea if T=mobile will have service in the near future? It would only make sense that they would considering it tis th cap. of WI. Maybe im wrong?:loony:
I am not sure that T-Mobile has a license in that area, but I would have to check. http://wireless.fcc.gov
Checking out the coverage maps, it looks like your roaming (on cingular, i believe) all throughout madison. When i checked the WA license search, t-mobile wasnt on the list, so it looks like they wont be madison for a while. You can always call customer service to see if they know anymore details @ 1-800-937-8997.
Unfortunately, customer service isn't going to have any info for you. If t-mobile doesn't have a license, they won't have native service there anytime soon.
clock....I may be wrong...but a few years ago when I had a TMobile line through work, I believe I was only allowed on Einstein PCS in Madison. This was way before the merger.....but I doubt this has changed seeing the wonderful relationship between TMobile and Cingular
Ok i hear that, i read a thread over in HoFo and the poster said he had t-mobile and roamed on cingular while in the madison area, i called t-mo and it is in fact einstein pcs that you will be roaming on in the area sorry for the confusion.
Wow, thanks for all the replies, I do wish TMO had service here. I have been comparing price plans, i found that TMO was in fact the cheepest for me. Thats why it sucks that they aren't in my area.
