so i just wanted to squash teh rumor made by some sprint reps that the SERO plans dont work on the ENSEMBLE billing system...........my moms lates bill can with the new look..........and when i signed into here online account it was updated to and i freakin love the change...............it is so much better than the Premier system...........ugh question............is the migration random or are they doing it in some order or can you call in to be migrated or put o the "express track"........answers anyone?
yeah i think you were the first person i saw with a rep who told you that but my mom has SERO 500 and she is now on ENSEMBLE with the new My Sprint Wireless and new bill make and everything.......it is very nice

so you activated service and your account went right onto ENSEMBLE?.......ugh.........i want to be on ENSEMBLE but the migration is seemingly randomized and i dont know how i can get myself there faster
Yes. I signed up on June 12th. And I my SERO account was created on the ENSEMBLE billing system. Also note that I still got freebies on the ensemble system. I got free Sprint To Home, and 50 bonus minutes. Plus due to porting issues I got a $5 bill credit, and 100 coutesy minutes. - dispelling the myth that Ensemble does not allow freebies/perks (especially on SERO). Need more info - just ask.
well you can tell by certiain signs.......if your bill or online account have changed recently then you are on the ENSEMBLE system.......it also depends on when you activated service
