So I signed up for a SERO plan over the website, ported my number, and the new phone is to arrive today! I have one question. I logged into my account and it doesn't say anything about SERO, it says its a fair & flexible plan for 49.99. Under the SERO plan it said 1250min, but nothing now under the account summary. Is this correct or did they boot me to another plan? All the free vision, nights weekends, roaming are showing. Thanks
a SERO plan is considered a Fair and Flexible plan because it works in those increments when you get your first bill it will show you the scale of minutes and how mmuch extra you get charged for more minutes and stuff like that but no your plan is correct
