I just signed up for the sprint 550 min/months family plan last week. Today I stumbled up on this forum, and find out about SERO plan. Since I am withing the first 30 days of my contract, I called up Sprint and asked to be switched to the SERO plan. and I was told that a sprint employee would need to call them and refer me . Is there a sprint employee here willing to refer me ? I have tried sprint.com/sero with some of the email address found in these forums, but the website is only for new customers. For an existing customer , you have to call in. any help, tips would be appriciated. thanks
Grab an e-mail address from a Sprint press release... usually it has contact information at the bottom. I used "savings@sprint.com" to sign up for sero.
I found this address on a random press release. Give it a shot, hopefully it will work out for you. It might take several tries to make it happen. Many employees don't know and/or are not educated on the plans. Kristin Wallace, 404-649-1625 Kristin.c.wallace@sprint.com
Sprint is cracking down on Sero's. Way too many people are asking for them, then getting greedy and asking for even more perks. Since you already have a new line of service, getting the Sero is going to be difficult. Sero's are for new customers. Try Sprintusers and Howard Forums. But if you do get a Sero, don't get greedy and buy some extra content here and there. To help better justify the plan so Sprint doesn't audit you.
