i have a v60s...and i tried to go to a url to d/l a ringtone today and it said security is not enabled would you like to enable it so i clicked yes...it said connecting and then it came back and said "your key is not valid" and disconnected me...what does this mean? and what can i do about it?
You need to call Verizon customer service and make sure Mobile Web is enabled on your account. 1-800-922-0204.
