SCP4900 - Sync OL Calendar with Phone

    Is this possible? I foolishly bought the SnapSync without looking at it too closely and I see that it's only good for syncing my contacts... BLEH... I want to syncronize my CALENDAR and TASK list...

    Does anyone know of a software package that will do this?

    Sorry, but no. FutureDial.com said they were working on a product to do this, but it has been months and there's not even a release date.

    The closest thing you can get is the Sprint PCS Business Connection, which lets you access a MS Exchange Server, Lotus Domino Server, etc. to view and manipulate your email, calendar, contacts, etc. The downside is that it won't send you appointment reminders. But pretty cool other than that. It's a window into your actual account (you run a small program on your computer at work) so there's no synchronization needed.

    It's not the best solution, but it works and best of all it's free... Sign up for a yahoo account and download ActiveSync for yahoo calendar. This will sync your outlook data to your yahoo calendar which you can then read and update via yahoo's wap portal. For some reason I couldn't find the calendar when using the regular U.S. yahoo wap portal, but the link is right there when I logged in from the U.K. wap portal. You mileage may vary. TT
