scp-5300 sound problems

    I just bought my 5300 and i am very unhappy about the reciever volume. Is there a way make the reciever louder?

    That is a problem with this phone. Check to see which software version you have. Go to Phone Info in the menu and see if you have 1.035. If not then you need to go to the Sprint store and tell them you need the software upgrade. I just had mine upgraded yesterday and now the volume level is so loud I had to turn it down. [​IMG]

    What gives?

    I did the 1.035 upgrade and mine is still low.
