I am wondering has this problem occured with anyone trying to send email to someone that is listed in your phone book.

I have tried unsuccessfully to send email by going to that contacts name, scrolling to the email address, clicking on the right soft key, choosing the option to send email to that person, and I get all kinds of error messages or server error messages.

The one Vision tech I spoke with didnt have a clue about what I was talking about.

I have tried this once and I was unable to get it to work. I called Sprint and their answer was that my account had not had enough time to update since I had changed my e-mail name ?? I was able to send mail through the web so I think that it should work using the contact names also ?? Oh well I will try it again soon as Sprint says that I will not have full e-mail functions for a few more days.
