I too have had troubles with my 2nd wafr phone. now it inadvertadley powers off for no apparent reason. I paid full retail for this phone when it came out and have had problems since. Do I have a leg to stand on or am I screwed? 1st phone was returned because of echo problem. I still get complaints once in a while. I am just afraid if i go to the alltel store to _____ they wont do anything for me. I refuse to buy another phone...
doa means dead on arrival samsung has decided to put that phone on a 1 yr doa do to the problems. you need to go back to local retail store and they will swap out again.... after 3 swap outs alltel gets credit from samasung and can put you in a different phone with like features for no cost. i know its a apin in the a** but thats what we have to do to cover ourselves due to the high cost of the equiptment. you have to understand if alltel just gave away new phones everytime somebody had a problem we would not be in business. unfortunately thats how wireless works the manufactuers have the carriers by the nuts bc without them we cant provide service. be patient go through the hoops then we will take care of you in the end.
