    Does anyone know how to put this phone in field test mode? I tried to google it but no luck. Thanks :)

    I'm not sure but I went to WPSAntennas. This PDF site there gives valuable info about accessing field test modes. Although the site didn't mention your particular phone, I'd try the *#9324# and see what happens; Sometimes, our GSM carriers block out Field test modes on certain models:O

    I was in a similar boat with my Samsung SCH A930 on VZW; I tried one of their suggestions and it worked. I hope this helps.

    Thank you for the link Quint101, I tried the V550 series code on my V635 and it worked, now to figure out the different items listed.
    Here at work I am between -65 to -70db.

    I know this link was listed before, but I don't remember them having this one listed. Something new to play with :D

    I know its an old topic, but if you still want it, try *#8999*8378# That is test mode on the X497. It doesn't show much--everything is split into other codes that aren't very descriptive.
