I had T-Mobile switch my plan on the V66 to pay per use, back in October. There was some promotion going on and I got 150 mins. for $50.00 and the R225. They took the SIM card out of the Samy and put in the Moto. So now I have a brand new Samy, locked and without a SIM card, what do I do with it? I like the Moto over the Samy because it is a quad band. Please give me some suggestions. Thanks
Keep it around as a spare. Or as an exhibit of how not to design phones. The R225M sucks IMNSHO. If you have issues with your Moto, or even if the battery runs out and you forget to charge it, switch the SIM into the R225M and away you go, no calls to 611 needed.
Hi ShoresGuy. I was referring to the Moto V66 as the quadband. Thanks for you suggestions Yugopro & ZaphodB
Ah ok, actually it's triband since it has GSM 900/1800/1900 . http://www.phonescoop.com/phones/phone.php?p=99
What's so bad about the R225? I just picked up a C225 as a backup phone, and I think it's a pretty decent entry level device.
