Hi, I'm thinking of buying the Samsung Intercept for Virgin Mobile. One question I have is will it play mp4 videos from sd card? I want to convert my digital movie collection to mp4 and watch on the phone.

Also will the video fill up the entire the screen or will there be bars around the video? I would really like to take advantage of the enitre screen..

Right now I am looking at 2 phones the Samsung Intercept and the LG Rumor Touch. For the money which is better?? Thank you very much for the help..

Don't waste your money on the Rumor Touch. It is a basic feature phone with a pretty terrible touch screen (in my opinion). If you want to play back movies and videos, you will want to go with an android phone like the Intercept.

Well if you aren't on a budget I'd personally go for the Samsung Intercept. It's an android phone and honestly from what I've read the phone has received good reviews online. By the way currently Target seems to have the best deal on this phone at $249.99 and you receive a $20 Target gift card instantly with purchase. I believe Target is offering the free gift card with purchase until this Saturday 11-6-2010 according to this weeks flyer.

I think in your Samsung intercept would be nice, and nowadays Samsung had launched many Smartphones in the market, in an affordable price and lot of amazing features, why can you go for Samsung ace?
