Sorry if this post appears twice. Just had to return my second Gravity 3 with the same problems - fading in and out volume, and bluetooth handsfree will not work in my Prius. Any one else had a similar experience? Thanks,
You should definitely go get that checked out. The problem might have to do with damages occurred to the phone, like dropping or water leakage. Otherwise, it would be considered a defect, which then you would have to check your warranty handbook.
Three brand new phones in a row, all with the same problem. I returned the last one for a full refund and had to move on to a different brand. Bummer, because that phone had exactly the features/form factor I was looking for.
