I have noticed an unusual issue whenever I charge the old S7 Edge. A security alert pops up that it detected a moisture issue and I have to unplug the charger. Do you guys know how to fix it? Is it time for me to get a new spare smartphone?
I've heard of that, but never looked into closely since I don't have a Samsung anymore. I do remember people talking about drying it out with a hair dryer or putting it in a bowl of rice to adsorb the moisture.
I have tried to dry it for a couple of days but to no bail, it still has the moisture error. I think it's time to get rid of this smartphone. I wonder why I had the said issue when the smartphone did not fall in water.
