Ok, I've google for this prob, and I only found one other person that has it my Samsung A950 wont make or recive calls or send and recive texts. It just keeps getting and losing signal, I've reset the phone and even had verizon manually reprogram it over the phone? Does anyone know what I can do to fix it?

I think it's maybe your call settings of ur handset, my cell phone had this problem once, and I change them according to the GSM service provider , reinsert sim card for a while and reinsert it back.

You have to change the phone setting because i think the problem with that is the call setting. Try to review your cellphone manual or call to the customer care service.
