I had signed up online for the SERO 500 plan and the A-900 for $199.00. Today, I opened my Sunday paper and saw the phone for $99.00. So, I called Sprint and told them. The gentleman that I spoke with was very courteous and even engaged me in small talk about where we both live. Anyway, he informed me that the $99.00 price for the phone included a rebate from the store and also required a $34.99 plan, etc. So, he said that he would at least give me $50.00 since their goal was to satisfy customers. I was pleased with that, in fact, I was pleased with the $199.00 price really. I'd like to say that any communication that I have ever had with Sprint has been a pleasant experience and can whole-heartedly recommend them to anyone.
