Roaming on 850 with Cingular, etc

    just for help even though you already know its 1-800-937-8997

    its easier than calling 1-800-866-2453 and going through all the prompts but T-Mobile needs to know that they say they are offering 850MhZ roaming in that area and its not working......submit a trouble ticket cuz you might not be the only person with this problem

    Thanks. I called. Talked to a very nice first tier support lady. However, it was clear that my questions were beyond her and we got disconnected anyway, somehow. (you would have thought she would have called me back, eh? She did have my phone number, after all).

    But anyway, I ended up emailing their tech support and referenced this thread.

    I'd start by contacting TM Customer Service. They have access to the same maps, maybe you can "walk them through" finding your location

    Although i highly doubt it......it could also be your phone.....if the reception is bad on this 850 roaming carrier......it might not register
