They have the worst customer service on the planet.... Here is my revenge: www.revolwireless.us :browani: YOU BASTARDS!!!!! I am even taking an ad out in the Cleveland Dealer and the Akron Beacon Journal...and then perhaps in some of your other markets. Please pas sthis URL on to your friends...especially if they live in teh Revol market.
didn't these clowns flop as Northcoast and then decided to change their names to "Revol" and become more "Hip"?
Maybe you should try asking for someone else to speak with. That may not always work, but it does help at times. There are nice people that can help you in whatever you need. I know most of your dilemma but not all of it as I was not the person that spoke with you. I apologize for anyone that didn't help you in the most professional manner. I do work for the Company you are speaking of and I am available to speak with during the regular daytime hours. If you would like any assistance with this account and with anything that has gone on with it in the future; please feel free to ask for help from a lead or a senior rep. While we are unable to transfer calls to other representatives or supervisors we do try our best at most times to help our customers in the best way possible. If you would like more assistance, just dial *611 from your cell phone or call 216-525-1100 and ask for Cheryl. I would be more than willing to help you with your situation.
Coalminer used Northcoast PCS and liked them in the past. I'd keep trying, we've all had trying situations with companies before unfortuantely. Good luck!
I read about the problem Bossman is having with Revol, and I think he is mad at the wrong person, he should be mad at the person who actually has the phone, they are the one that locked him out of the account, the fact that the bill is being charged to his credit card does not matter. I think that any carrier would probably react the same way, if you are not the account holder (or an authorized user) you dont get any info. Once I had a former girlfriend call Cingular and make some changes to my account without my permission, and when I called them up and made everything right, they suggested I put a password on my account so she could not call in and make more changes. Cingular was not the problem, I was not mad at them for what happened, but I was able to make sure it did not happen again.
Boss i feel your pain man, I had a revol phone for six months and it was defective. when i went to the revol store, (after a 2 hour wait of course!) I was told that they can give me $50 off another phone even though i had equipment protection what sense did this make ?
Listen to what the man tells you-the last two days were filled with fast busy's here in the Columbus Market--waited 1 1/2 hours before hunging up the phone trying to get ahold of customer care dept--see phone number listed 1-800-revolhq--give it a try yourself before you jump. Revol is for the urban market --those who can not get credit and are suckers for not paying a little more money for a pre paid phone from a major carrier. Sure when it works you can talke longer--Buyers Beware--you cant talk everywhere and some days like that last two here in COls -you cant talk at all! Hey-I emailed them--its been 4 hours --think they will reply? 2-7-2007
Dude in this case they were correct -you paperwork says $50 deductable--or cant you read? Hey no biggie this is the customer they are going after--poor credit-urban.
He said he was offered $50 off if he wants to get a new phone. HE was not told it would only cost him $50 for the deductable.
$50 deductible -gets them the same model phone--if he is trying to get another model phone $50 off same deal -----
First off friend, you don'tknow me. Second my phone just died through no fault of my own. The phone has a year warranty on it They would not honor the warranty on the phone they sold me. I only had it 2 months.
Are you talking Revol? They dont have a 2year warranty-they have a replacement warranty -you can buy-and as long as you are not committing fraud-they will replace it twice under the $50.00 deductible --and no manufacture has a two year warranty-so -get it together. I dont need to know you friend--but my guess is Urban Cleveland -and no understanding of the wireless industry. Did you read the string--I dont even like Revol myself-dont recommend it to anyone-except those with no credit that cant get a phone any other way--thats their customer. But the facts are the facts -we need to make sure we know what we are talking about-been there-so I do know trust me.
Did you read his post? He said it has a one (1) year warranty & only had the phone two (2) Months, and they wouldn't honor the warranty.
It does seem that SnK99 keeps on changing the words of that the Poster this is more than twice in this thread alone.
