Retreving Fios Voice Mail from LX 5400

Hi,

I just got FIOS service in my home and I was wondering how to set up the LX 5400 cell phone to automaticly dial into my voice mail (at home)
I have to call a fios number to voice mail, it than says imput your mailbox hit # and than your password.

I've tried setting it up with #'s P (pause) W (wait) but none of these set ups are working.
When I had Cablevision I was able to put in the voice mail number plus the rest of it and I could automaticly speed dial to the home mail box.

Does the FIOS work differently, not letting me do it the same way?
