Request for copy of Truesync 3.1 upgrade file

    I have been unable to update my version of Truesync that was with my USB data kit for my V60i becuase the link mentioned so much in the Truesync threads is not working, in that whenever I finish regiastering, the page tels me the file has been moved or no longer exisits...blah blah blah!

    Someone please email me or post a live version of the upgrade somewhere so I can get it....otherwise the sync process using my version is slooooooooooooooow, even with USB!

    This will probably turn into a me too thread, but Starfish and Motorola don't estimate a time for the link to be working again. With that, would someone be so kind as to e-mail me the USB TrueSync 3.1 Upgrade file please?

    I would love to get my T720c up and synch'd!

    Hey all....new person here. [​IMG]

    Just wanted to let you know that you can now download the TrueSync Plus 3.1 upgrade again from Starfish. It's here..

    The page layout is different and they now have the T720 phone listed. Apparently, they were updating things which is why we weren't finding the upgrade program.

    I just downloaded a file from there named TSCI-P2K_3.1.exe. It was only 446 kb. Is this the right one? Seems too small.

    It is only a setup file to download other components (Lotus, Palm support). Actual download is about 2.5MB I believe.

    I have the driver for my T720 and I have the update installer. When I run it, it comes back saying "The Installer could not retrieve update information from the TrueSync Product Update server."

    Anybody know what's up with that? Is there somewhere I can get the entire 3.1 update file and not just the installer?


    It looks like all connections were being used. I kept trying and it finally went through.

    I would also like someone to email the upgrade to version 3.1. It seems as though the Starfish website is having serious problems today. I have tried to get on throughout the day with no luck. Any help would be appreciated. The email is shawnmiller@comcast.net. Thanks.

    Great idea! There were some useful files there. Unfortunately, Truesync 3.1 wasn't one of them...only the installer for it that required the starfish website to be up. Thanks again!!

    Starfish site has been down for days. Can someone send me the full install file for 3.1 ?
