Does Alltel sell refurbished phones? When the LG Scoop came out I bought it. Well my sister just got a Razor and I realized that the Scoop is too small. I would like a Razor but since I am not up for renew it will come to $260. Do they sell refurbished ones or does anyone know if there is a site I can buy cheaper ones on that work with Alltel? New ones only I don't want a used one.

Are you looking for V3A or V9M Razr.... I'm assuming V3A since the price is $260.

I am looking for anything that will work with Alltel. I just like the razor. As long as it works with Alltel, is new, and will work when Alltel goes all digital.

I've bought a few off eBay. Some new, some refurbished. Never had an issue with any of them.

Thanks. Looks like the cheapest on Ebay will be about $110 when you add in shipping.

Refurbished does no mean new. It means that the company cleaned up the phone and fixed any parts that were not working. If that is new enough for you then go for it.

The only thing about buying online is the difficulty in returning a product sometimes. At an Alltel store you can check the phone out. For ANY reman or refub phone - check them out CRITICALLY! If the phone sounds a little muffled it will ALWAYS have that problem. Check ALL the functions, buttons - everthing! Go through the manual trying all things out IN THE STORE. They have a limited "Try out" period but I'd still do it in the store. Once you're out of there - good luck.

Wait! Back up there - is there a difference in Reconditioned and Certified?
