I have two Razr V3m phones plus an LG on our family plan with Sprint. My Razr has much lower reception signal then the other two phones even when placed side by side. Any suggestions as to how I can remedy this problem? Thanks.
Do you means the number of bars showing or actual call performance? As long as you can make and receive calls reliably I wouldn't put too much emphasis on the signal meters as they all can vary a lot.
Thanks, Larry. My Razr with the lower signal breaks up much more than the Razr with more bars. I just checked and the PRL version is lower on the the phone with reception problem. Could this be a problem? Thanks, again.
The PRL won't make a difference in reference to the reception issue. If you have two identical phones (V3m) and one does not perform as well as the other, I would suggest taking it to a Sprint Store with a service center so that they can test the performance of the phone.
I agree with Matt. I think it could just be a phone that's turning bad so it would be a good idea to get it tested.
