Every carrier gives out rebates or discounts on new phones, but you need to get new activiation.. but will those same rebates or discounts apply to existing customer if they sign new contracts?
Usually customers get similar breaks when they extend their contracts. Most carriers let you qualify for similar rebates to what a new customer gets, or at least give you a subsidized phone (as opposed to the $300-400 full retail price).
for the most part you will get the same discounts except fo rthe chepest ones. if you are a high paying cust 2-300$ per month for ex. may be able to get a credit on their acct to get a fon. this is with awe
