I Have A Razr That Came Unlocked, And Has An Att Card In It. Cingular Said That They Can't Fix It, But, I Think There Is A Way To Fix It By Changing The Gateway Or Port Number, Any Help Will Be Appreciated, I Would Really Like To Fully Use The Phone And Right Now If I Try To Launch The Internet It Just Shows Connecting.... And Doesn't Go Any Further.

You're not likely to get an answer from the original poster as this is a 4 year old thread you responded to...

Have you tried to contact your carrier to see if they can help you get your phone configured? If you have T-Mobile, they've always been helpful getting the settings set it phones they don't carry (I am assuming, though, that T-Mobile still does this, as they helped me with my unlocked Euro RAZR back in 2005...).
