I've had my razr since March and the memory card worked with it up until the end of May, then it seemed like out of nowhere it just stopped working. When I turn the camera on it says, "Memory nearly full. Available memory is 0%" The memory card is still in the phone, it just isn't recognizing it anymore.
I took my phone to the mall where there is a Sprint kiosk and there girl that looked at it was absolutely no help. She didn't even know how to get the battery out. So I was hoping someone may have had the same problem and knew how to fix it. Please help!

I am having this same problem with my razr v3m. The phone used to recognize the 64 mb sd card that came with it, and also the 1 gb card I purchased. Now the card will not recognize either card. It almost seems like the contacts are not contacting properly.

This is not a memory full problem. When I press the music key I get:
Error M505: Unable to read memory card. Please make sure your memory card is properly inserted into yiour phone.

Try formatting the card with your PC... FAT format... it should see it after that.

Turns out my cell phone got wet, that's why it wouldn,t recognize my memory card. I tried formatting the card, but the cards were already formatted, so that was no help. I took the phone into a service center, the man removed the rear cover and he pointied out to me that the moisture sensor was tripped. Everything else on the phone works normal, just does not recognize any memory card. I have no idea how it got wet, it couldn't of taken much or I think I would of remembered it.
