I just bought a razr v3m from an ebay auction. It was new. I just want to make sure that when I take it into Alltel that they will activation in place of my scoop. I got the scoop 2 months ago and I am not happy with it. It is too small.

As long as the phone is an Alltel handset and isn't reported as stolen or on an account that has been suspended or disconnected for non-payment you will be able to activate it no problem.

Or just call Alltel customer service and tell them you want to do an ESN change(or equipment change) on your account. They can instruct you on how to activate over the phone without having to go to the store.
