Razr V3a Software Cable

    Wireless Provider(s):
    Alltel and AT&T
    I have the V3a Cable with the software that I bought from the store but it won't connect to the phone. It says cannont get the capabilities of the phone. It does connect to an E815 though, with a different cable of course. Any suggestions?
