I have a v3 (cellular one service) and I'm attempting to take my cropped ringtones made in MPT and transfer them to my phone.

Now, when I attempt to save the cropped tone to my computer I get a "failed to save" message.

Two, when I attempt to transfer the tone to my phone I get an error that says "unsupported format (mp3 codec may be inappropriate or missing)

What am I doing wrong? I am using mp3 files from my hardrive, and they are unprotected files.

I appreciate any assistance. Thanks so much!!!
