How come our previous statuses of Moderator, Junior Member, or whatever have been removed? Will we have to re-build to that status? Pritesh
They should still be there - you're still a Greenhorn (assuming that's what you were on the old forum, but it looks like you just registered.) The Moderators' title has changed a bit since we can now moderate any forum.
Your old user ID and post information should have transferred over, but you need to reset your password (see the note! at the top of all the pages). Did you do that?
I tried to that, but I kept getting numerous error messages, so I basically ended up creating a new account. If there is anyway to delete this account and import the old one, then be my guest and do so. Pritesh
I had the same problem. Let DWS take a look, he/she was able to fix my problem as well. Chances are that he/she has already seen this thread. If not, give it some time or send a PM to DWS. It turned out there was a minor glitch with the transfer of my info from the old forum but it all got resolved in the end.
