Question re A516

    Wireless Provider(s):
    Rogers
    I have been trying to load music onto my phone, but I keep getting an error that says "insufficient memory".

    The one files that I loaded was about 3.2 meg. Anything larger won't load. They are in MP3 format.

    Do I have to change the file format so they will load, or is there another way?
