    Hi,

I figured this would be a good place to ask the question if anyone is aware of worthwhile courses available in NYC for mobile device/cell phone repair training. Thanks.

LearnMax offers most comprehensive training framework, designed to enhance the uptake of information. The flood of devices like Mobile phones, PDAs, Notebooks, Data Cards, Dongles have aggravated the problem for the Mobile Operators, MVNO’s to help the subscribers set up and use these new services on their phones. The bigger challenge is for the contact center agents and front end sales team to resolve customer issue at the first go. It is important to hand hold these support teams over each of the technical obstacles and help end users explore the devices to the maximum possible potential.
