Rollover minutes just mean you are paying extra for something you didn't need. :D

Well I just got back from the Cingular Store (And to answer my own question earlier, yes it's now a Cingular store with a "Cingular" Sign now). Anyways, I learned that Cingular doesn't have roaming charges (I bet you all knew that though :D), so that's pretty cool. I never knew that. I guess its pretty obvious that I don't know much about Wireless Carriers :D.

So what's Roaming exactly? Is that when it shows on your phone, say in this case you have Cingular Wireless, but on the phone it says T-Mobile? Because you're roaming on their network because the signal is better?

Anyways, No Roaming Charges and Rollover minutes are a big plus. And the phone! The Nokia 6620 looks huge online, but I saw it, that is pretty small, that's a good thing! :D

You are exactly right about the roaming part. Most of the time when your phone switched over to T-Mobile or another GSM network, it is because there is not Cingular signal present. There are a lot of times when the T-Mobile or other signal will be stronger than Cingular, and vice versa, but the Cingular signal is still strong enough to hold the call well...

There are other carriers as well that don't really have roaming charges...;)
