    Sprint v3m razr
When I put the 64 mb card that came with the phone:
    1. when you turn the phone on the phone says card inserted. but it does not show up on any application and does not show up to be formatted in the menu.
    2. it slows the phone to a crawl, the camera is slow and choppy, and the alarm freezes every now and then.
When you take the card out the phone runs fine.
    It is inserted correctly.
and i dowloaded the new firmare from sprint.
    Both options have done nothing.

    Any suggestions or feedback?

Had the same problem. If you remove your microsd card the phone will work well. After you remove the sd card, look into the slot. You will notice that some of the pins are either bent or crushed.
Unfortunately you will need to replace the phone.

Thanks for the advice, I do notice, it looks like one on the prongs are missing, like they were never there in the first place...

Time to return the phone I guess

    Thanks
