    Oh yes, it is for real. And what's even funnier is that the person taking the picture was the driver of the car that rear-ended the person on the phone.

    By the way, speaking of real pictures, wanna see my recent trip to the moon? Yes, that's me in the Hawaiin shirt.

    I've also got collector's editions of me with every president back to Lincoln.

    this is part of CTIA's site on wireless industry issues.
    Suprizingly, wireless use by drivers is not the leading distraction causing accidents.
