Problems with receiving and sending picture texts

    I've noticed that over time, I went from being able to send and receive picture texts instantly, to never. It started getting slow - going from 5 minutes delivery time, to an hour, to two hours, etc. Now, they don't even get to me or the person I'm trying to send them to. Is there something I can do about this?
    I own the AT&T Razr V3

    turn your phone off once in awhile would be the first thing id suggest

    I have reently flashed my verizon v3m to alltel and i have gotten all the data working except i cannot receive mms picture messages. I can send but not receive... It just says unable to download. if anyone could offer any suggestions i would be really appreciative.......
