How do we find the info on new PRLs? Do you go to the FCC site? Have to subscribe to something, somewhere? I can't find any current PRL info that pertains to my phone's current PRL.

Clicking on the specific PRLs will allow you to see exactly what networks you are allowed to roam on and whether its pay roam or free roam. There is nowhere you can really subscribe as this is not something carriers are really interested with sharing with the public.
