I seem to recall a thread that addressed the porting problems of a Virgin mobil or Sprint number - CDMA Network-- to Boost unlimited on the iDEN network
I seem to recall that you can't call it "porting" , but if you call customer service you can request a "number transfer', or somthing close to that and that allowed the number to be transfered.
When you ask for a "port", the number comes back "restricted" when activating on line.
Has anyone sorted out this issue?
    thanks
    Ken
