Please ID These Antennas

    Hi all,

    Need some help IDing these. They are appearing in Winnipeg, MB, Canada. New ones are going up everywhere. They are not very tall, so I'm really curious as to what they are.

    I was thinking they might be WIND but I checked Google Street View and some have been there since 2009

    They could be smart metre repeaters. They look similar to the ones used in BC by BC Hydro.
