please help

    I just received a nokia 5165 bought off e-bay and have discovered it is registered with AT&T and they will not unregister
    it. I had planned to use it with Callplus prepaid which is much cheaper. Is there anything I can do or am I stuck with
    them? Thanks for any help.

    well if its locked then you need the codes from ATT. Since they refuse to unregister it, then it seems your SOL.
