ok, so i emailed a movie that i made on my v710 to the desktop and nothing wants to play it. not windows media player or quicktime. what is anyone using that works? thanks
Quicktime should play it. What version of Quicktime are you running? Whats the file extension of the file you received in your email?
I ran into the same issue. Go and download the updated quicktime, its 6.5.1. That version will work. I thought I had the updated version 6.5 and it did not work, I went and dowloaded the version they had on the site and it was 6.5.1 and that did the job
